omg lesson#26: why i am not the fucktard whisperer or the idiosyncrasies of fetlife

there are many things i don't understand on fet. people do confound me in weird ways. i can't even begin to explain it. i lose the plot. i can't follow the line of reasoning. i don't even think there is a line of reasoning. there's just a whole lot of fucktardness going on. i mean, where is the logic in some of this shit i see on the regular?

i mean, there's that oft quoted saying of: 'don't argue with an idiot. he'll drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.'

or my personal fave:
'don't wrestle with pigs. you'll both get dirty and the pig likes it.'

however, i can't help but look around and think, i am not the fucktard whisperer to help these people out. for instance:

• i don't get why men keep putting up dick pix and wonder why no women will talk to them. 

they get told over and over again, not to have a dick pic as an avatar to attract women, and yet they insist upon putting up dick pick avatars and subsequently complain that women won't give them the time of day.

wtf? why? Why? WHY? 

i mean, it's simple. the audience that you desire is telling you, point blank, don't do this thing. sure, maybe 1 or 2 out of the dozens and even hundreds of other women may say it's ok or they like them. but if you're playing the odds, you'd go with the majority, no? 

• i don't get the mostloyalslave492 and other fet names like this.

b/c invariably, dude with this name is looking for online play with a woman to help him wank himself off. where's the loyalty? where's the most loyal bit? where's the slave bit? i mean, if they named themselves mostloyalslavetomycock i would get it. but that's not what they say, is it?

i mean, if you want to wank, wank. if you need to hear some woman screaming for you to wank in a certain way, over the internet, i'm told there is porn that does this effectively. slice and dice the porn clip that says exactly what you want, the way you want it said, by a woman clad just the way you like, and be done with it. stop creating dreadful profiles and whining about how all the online mistresses want money. you want a wank. they want money for helping you wank. seems simple enough to me. 

• i don't get how so many women (mostly young women) come on here acting like they've never seen men behave badly. 

the endless whining about, is a dom supposed to do this? or act like this? or throw me over with no word after he fucked me? after he got my naked pix? are doms all like this? 

no miss pollyanna. not all doms are like this. some men are shit. some men are good. maybe pick the good ones, yeah? maybe take the time to get to know them and develop trust and so on. why, why, WHY, would you believe a man and whatever he says, just b/c he's self styled himself as a 'dominant'? oh. my. word.

• i don't get people's issue with the terms 'fetish dispenser' and 'do me sub'.

first off, they denote, in my mind, exactly what i'm speaking of:

fetish dispenser. someone who dispenses a fetish. not enjoys, or loves, or desires a fetish. someone who dispenses it. pure and simple.

whenever a particular kink or fetish comes up that they enjoy, the way they've framed their asks (or very prescriptive demands, usually) immediately calls to mind them saying do me do me do me do MEEEEE..... i very seldom ever see a please, either. just sayin'...

so what's the issue? don't want to be accused of seeking a fetish dispenser or being a do me sub? don't act like one. how is this difficult to comprehend?

• what's with the whining about not getting replies to your messages?

if you read the profile, 75% of the time you'd know exactly why you didn't get a response back. if you led with kink/sex or put in a 'hi' 'hiya sexy' or some other bs 'message' (if you can even call that a message), that's the other 25% of why you didn't get a response.

listen, it's not rocket science. people mostly don't want to hear from you on fet, particularly women identifying peeps. they tell you in their profiles. they say it in group posts asking about this very question. give it up. if you've got nothing to say of substance, relevance or worth responding to, you're probably not going to get a response back. i don't have an issue when people don't write back to me. i often forget i wrote to them in the first place.

and if it's really about all the effort you craft into a message and you think all that effort deserves at least a reply, stop putting in the effort and go have a wank. or better yet, save up all that effort and go to a munch or something.

• why do people call those who use the block button cowards, snowflakes or whatever and then use the button to block others?!?!

i'm all for using the block button liberally and for whatever reason you like. i don't get offended by being blocked either. i figure people have their reasons. however, i do take personal glee in being blocked by these self righteous asshats who claim using the block button shows a weakness of character. hypocrite much?

it's a block button. it's there to be used. lighten up, already. and if you're using it....what are you saying about yourself, dipstick? oh. my. word.
